Fantastic Bargain
I was very pleased when I rezzed this and realised the pool and build are separate which made it double the bargain for me! The animations in the pool are cute and fun and I love the amount of covered outdoor space to decorate for outdoor living in the sun!
Looks better in the picture but is not a bad buy
This item isn't bad for the price. It's quite straight forward in construction though somewhat prim expensive for what you get. The pool is a separate piece from the villa. I would say I found the proportions a little off scale ie. tiny door ways vs large tile textures but that is my own opinion and people's tastes vary. Otherwise it's a fun buy and good for a pop up pool party.

This villa is AMAZING. The texturing is stunningly on point, it's beautifully meshed and nice on LI too. The fact you get the pool included WITH animations, is fantastic. Seriously great value for money - i'd have paid 500L for this, the fact that i have been able to pick it up for 75L is a steal. Thank you for your generosity !!
