All items received falls under the following terms of service. Even if won in a contest, lucky chair, or MM.

By purchasing you agree to the following:

1. No Refunds. If there is a problem with a product please contact us, and we will do the best we can to correct it. ie.. receiving the wrong product, items missing from a package, download problems. This does not cover if you purchased a item by mistake or purchasing the wrong item.

2. You are NOT to sell or give away the original product to any other avatar account at full permissions. If you choose to alter a product the TOS still applies.

3. You may NOT resell products with full permissions for your own store. Do not give away as group gifts, dollarbies, or freebies.

4. If you choose to resell products, they must not be both copy and trans. Never resold as FULL Permission.
