=== What do yo get? ===

A Routing Device, what helps you to fly from Region to Region without to care about
the Route. The Navigator will calculate and setup a Route for you. You have just to follow
the Waypoints to reach your Destination.

=== Wearing your Navigator ===

Just wear/add it to the HUD. After you wear it, it will "Boot", this process takes up to
20 Seconds, so please wait until the Device is ready.

=== Gauge Elements ===

A Compass, well, its a Compass :-)
A Red Arrow what indicates your current Vessel (or Avatar) facing.
A Orange Arrow what indicates your next Waypoint. To fly to the Waypoint you must turn
into the Orange Arrow direction until both Arrow's points to the same direction.
The Digital display shows you some Informations. Current Waypoint and total Waypoints.
The distance to the Waypoint (or Destination), the ETA (Estimated Time to Arrival) to the
next Waypoint (or Destination). This can be configured.
It also shows Errors, if they happen.

=== Dialog Menu ===

To bring up the Dialog Menu, just touch your Navigator.

[Route...] Here you can setup a Route, explained later.

[Load...] Here you load a Notecard where you stored some Routes.

[Settings...] Brings you to the Settings page.

[Clear] Clear's all your Routing data. (Like a Reset)

[Prev WP] and [Next WP] changes the Waypoint manually. I added this feature to allow
you to manually change the Waypoint if there is a need for it. But you should not use
this. It can happen your Route is not Flyable if you doing it (No Neighbor Region etc...)

[Range] Changes what Range is be shown on the Display. Range to the Waypoint or
to the Destination (Last Waypoint).

[ETA] Shows the Estimated Time to Arrival by current travel speed. Shows ETA to
Waypoint or Destination (Last Waypoint)

[Compass] Makes the Compass static. North will be always North or Rotating, the Red
Arrow will be then fixed to the North.

[Proxy Up] and [Proxy Down] Changes the Distance what you have to reach before the
Navigator switches to next Waypoint. On a slow turning Plane use a higher Setting.

[Back...] Brings back to Main Menu

=== Route Setup ===

To setup a Route, touch the Gauge and click on [Route...], now enter a Region name you
want to fly too. You can also enter multiple Region names, just separate them by comma's.

Sample: Honah Lee Surf

Sample: Courage, Honah Lee Surf, Qomene

=== Show/Hide & Resize the Navigator HUD ===

Just say /3navi to show/hide your navigator or use the Gesture. (Default key is CTRL+N)
To resize it just use the Build feature in SL as usual.

=== A Featuers what would be unlocked soon ===

Many Regions uses alias names, they can also be used then. Like 'SNO' and such things.
If a Region would be a Airport a Waypoint is generated to to face your Plane to Runway.

=== Limits ===

Routes can be quite complex many Waypoint's. I work hard on the Algorithm to improve
the Route generation. You do not need any Updates, this will happen on "Background".
Someday the Navigator just do better Routes.

If a Region is crahsed/offline for a short period or while you on Route. It may be still
added to Routing Waypoints. There is no way to change this. Maybe in the Future.

People often uses Landsecurity, there is no Way to Detect this.

Same Regions uses Bannlines to prevent you from flying into it. In that case you should
fly about 150 Meters Altitude.

Some Regions may out of Prims or such Things. If you Aircraft has a FLY SAFE Feature,
use it. (Or any other Option what makes your Plane TempOnRez)

Stay on the Planned Route, if you fly offside the Route, the Navigator get confused and
let you Fly back. In that case you must change Waypoint manually. A realtime Route
update would couse a lot Network Traffic and lag. So its a PRE-PLANNING Device.

=== Known Issue ===

Sometimes the Digitial Letters disappears, it seems it is caused by Graphics settings.
Users have found, a simple Right click on the HUD will fix it. It seems has something
to do with the Mesh LOD (Level of Detail) setting.

=== How does it work? ===

Magic :-) See second Picture, it shows how the Routes are Generated.

=== Updates? ===

Yes, when you wear the HUD, or login with a wearing HUD it will search for updates!
The actual Version is 1.3 and 1.4 is released soon. Please see the Changelog
to see what changes are made or features are added.

=== And Finally ===

Abandoned and non-functional

Relies on an external server which is no longer accessible. Without it, the HUD is just an expensive compass. The author has not been seen on SL since 2015 and does not respond to messages. Save your lindens, do not purchase.

Tried setting a simple route from Hollywood to SNO, it fails..

If I am reading the instructions properly (which are hard to read because the creator must not be of english origin) - You set where you want to go.. and this navigates you to it? If that is what it is supposed to do.. it just does not work. If it's not.. then what the heck does it do?

I am amazed at how well this device works, it is a must have for sailors and pilots. Worth every L$.

As an SL and RL pilot and aircraft owner, sailor and boat owner, I can't express too many accolades for how well this device works.

At first I thought to myself I wanted more direct routing and so I made some of my own and flew them... the problem is that you end up crossing sim borders at acute angles and even worse through the corners. By flying sim center to sim center you have a much greater chance of a smooth crossing.

I am particularly impressed with how I am steered around missing sims in such a way as I never get trapped in a "blind canyon".

I fly > 150m and with "safe flight" on, and I follow the navigator. The only thing that can ruin my flight is a sim that is rebooting.

Thank you Nikki for providing such a great tool!

Nikki really did a great job, this Navigator aid is awsome, really simple to use, the multiple different options to set up a specific route make this instrument a real must have for those who really like to travel, even far away in SL. As a pilot or as a sailor eveyone will be hooked at this instrument. And I know, from very serious sources that Nikki is not finished amazing us.....;-) Great job Nikki...!!

These are but just some of the words describing Nikki's work, up to and including the recent release of the Blake sea navigator. I have used predecessors of this application from Nikki and, Still used it up until I acquired the update. When it comes to Scripting and efficiency, I always look to Nikki.
