[ZR] Elden Ring Message Version 1.10

Write messages on the floor anywhere you like, even add links and URIs into it!!
Change it's color to whatever you wish, Changes the color of the message and the ring
Toggle the ring!, If you are unaware, in Elden ring Group messages have Rings around the message.
The message glows stronger gradually depending on how many Good and Bad ratings it gets in total.

Single script with optimized performance to minimize script lag.
