Behold, the first item for sale of ZT!

Many hours have been spent in the making of a simple, cheap house. This house is sure to please those wanting a house without wanting to break the bank or the land impact!

When you buy this simple house, you get 3 different versions. There is a low prim version which really saves on prim and still gets the point across. The standard version for which the other versions are based, and the high prim version which really gives the house that extra jazz!
