I am proud to release the mesh version of an old favorite of mine - the Painted Lady mansion, which is built in the American Stick Style popular in the late 1900s (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stick_style).

I made the meshes expressly for this house, and the interior textures are all adapted from public domain images I found online at decorative arts and architecture museum databases. The mood is dark and tranquil, and your decor will pop against the neutral and subdued background.

The house has 3 stories with large rooms on each level and an amazing 3 story spiral stairway with generour foyers on the ground and first floor.

- The drapes are mesh -- they are 1 prim but add less than 1 LI to the prim count of the house. They are optional and you can unlink them from the house.

They have a simple open close, texture change script in them. Click the TOP of a drape to open/close, click the BOTTOM to change texture.

You can drag your own texture onto both faces of the script. If you do that, then delete the script that is in the drape. If you want open/close with your own texture, then drag the following script into the drape (no guarantee it will work nicely with all drape textures, but it might):

-The interior walls are optional. If you wnat a more open floor plan, unlink them and delete them.

- The carpet on the stair can be replaced with another runner carpet texture. You might have to adjust the offsets/repeats.

- The window walls click open and closed. If you change the wall textures, be sure to delete the click open closed script in the window walls.

- The doors are lockable. Look inside the door prims for information about setting the doors up.
