Zaistovec - Old Style Vineyard House
A modest house with plenty of charm. Inspired by Eastern European rural buildings. With the lower floor having small unglazed windows, to allow good ventilation. The stairs are set outside, leading to a small porch. Decorative wood cladding to give character to the entrance of the main living quarters. Although small in size, the high roof gives the feel of space. Even our taller av's, should feel comfortable here. Designed for open planned living. One wall has in built shelves for your favourite books and ornaments.
If you like the "lived in" look. This could be just what you are looking for. It's small size and low PE, will make setting up home easy.

Nice detail with good textures the building could be used for many different things. there is no chimney like the picture shows.
