A kushi (comb) set for maiko and minarai (apprentice geisha).
These combs are covered by tsumami - petal shaped pieces of silk used to form various designs.
This style of comb is worn by all maiko while casually dressed, and by senior maiko in full-dress who have their obiage tied.
