It is one.
I bought because of this review, and i thought the price was great for a "not picture" animal.
But in fact it's a picture.
Probably a friend of the creator who came for advertising. (lying advertising).

Love it!
It looks perfect with my décor. But I thought it was a picture but its not and I love it!
