nice set for a good price
I IMed with a few questions about the gate and single-sided-ness of the prims, the creator was kind enough to give me a demo in-person of how the set goes together :) The gate collisions works fine if you set the physics type to Prim (instead of convex hull).
The textures and bumpyness of the mesh looks quite nice. It does take some fiddling and overlapping to get the sections to look good together, and the gate certainly needs prims added to the inside to cover the gap, so I have to give this set a 4 out of 5 stars because its quite good but not perfect.
Gate unable to pass through
You have to set the gate piece to phantom so you can pass through. Must rez 2 of the same prim as they are invisible on 1 side. Gate piece needs inside edging which is not included. Textures well.
