This script is a combination online/offline notifier as well as a mail box. A notecard dropped into an object with this script will deliver it to the owner's inventory.

Easy to set up
I bought this script back in 2016. It's now 2025 and this script still works perfectly. All you do is put your object you wish to turn into a mailbox, into edit, click on contents tab, drag the script over to that tab and you are done. The script does everything after that, it's that easy.
Since purchasing this script, I have used this quite a few times for myself and I've never had any issues with it.
Remember: The item you are dragging the script into has to be modifiable and the nc's need to be full perm or at least copy/transfer. If they are not transferable, you probably won't get the nc.
Works like a charm!
While the setting up stage takes a little bit longer than a minute, the script works like a charm.
Put it in a prim (or in a mesh, or in a sculpt) and that item becomes your mailbox.
People can simly drag a notecard on it and the item sends it to you:
- Straight away if you happen to be online when someone drags a notecard onto it.
- As soon as you get online, if someone dragged a notecard onto it while you were offline.
From what little I know of scripting (and from the clear commenting in the script itself, even more) it also makes sure that the only thing you get sent through the mailbox will be notecards.
Free, easy to set up, and it works - unlike the L$50 and L$200 scripts that I tried before I found this one XD
problem with offline delivery
Doesn't seem to give me notecards I should have got when I was offline.
Brilliant!
Easy to use, easy to set up, cheap and does what it says it does. Honestly better than some I have paid hundreds of lindens for!
Exactly what I was looking for
You can't beat free! Generally I'm prepared to be disappointed when buying free items. We all know that you generally get what you pay for. I'm happy to say that this time it worked perfectly. I followed the instructions and set up was easy as pie.
mailbox script
the script come to me no transfer. It is not full permission.
