Zendustrial Building (Prototype v1.2) Partial Mesh Unfurnished Rustic Modern Minimalist House, Home, Store, or Office

The goal with this building is "comfortable minimalism to relax, unwind, and spark some creativity". It is still a work in progress, and if there are future updates, owners will receive the updates for free. But this is not a guarantee that there will be future updates, though there are plans for eventual tweaks and upgrades. It is currently temporarily being offered at a low introductory price.

You will need at least 60m of space to rez the building and pavement comfortably, with the total footprint of building and pavement being around 50m x 40m. The building is approximately 33m x 23m x 8m, not including the pavement.

Did I mention there is a fountain and a pool?? Both with walkable physics and animated water textures, but there are no avatar animations currently included. The pool is not very deep, but if you have basic building knowledge, you can make it deeper without disrupting the rest of the build too much, though there is a bit of pavement that will poke through the bottom if you make the pool much deeper without any other modifications. The corrected version has already been made and will be included with the next update.

The bamboo fountain has a touch on/off water sound. Touch the bamboo sticks to turn sound on/off.

The doors are all scripted to open/close on touch, but since this is for my own home in a skybox, I left the doors set to no physics, so avatars can just walk through them without opening them. If you have basic building skills, you can set the door physics to prim to make them solid if you prefer (but then will have to touch to open them). Door scripts are set to auto close after a few seconds.

There are some lights included, all are basic touch on/off. There is a total of 3 light fixtures: one on the upstairs outdoor balcony, one above the front door, and a large fixture by that big round window. And there are lots of windows, great for taking in the view.

The Japanese Maple tree and everything else shown (except the grass and sky) is included as one linkset.

UPDATED 1/23/23, some of the pavement was "wrong" and was bugging me so I fixed it, and also slightly changed the pavement shape since my plans for that space have changed. Also added some potted plants and pots that will eventually hold plants, and replaced most prim pieces with mesh. While the pavement size is now a little larger, the building is still the same and should still fit exactly wherever you have it rezzed if you already purchased the earlier version. *And* if you bought the earlier version, you can get the update for free via redelivery!
