The HUD comes with the color textures shown in the main image. You can also apply a tint on top of any texture, if you want to have your own custom color it's a good idea to tint the white one. Just be aware that tinting it won't give you the same gradients that the textures in each pack have.
If you want to tint the ribbon make sure to select Ribbon in the HUD instead of Hair.
No unrigged version included.
*As an extra tip, using the HUD to tint the hair will automatically change the highlight color as well, but you can also use edit mode to change the highlight color separately and get some interesting effects.
**Tinting non-white textures will not give you the pure tint color, but that doesn't mean the result will look bad. For example, tinting the black one with some saturated colors might be cool.
