These mesh wings are designed after crystals of amethyst quartz, with hovering crystals where the pinion feathers would be. Handpainted, they have two states, glow, and act as a light source.
They hover a bit behind the shoulderblades, instead of connecting to the shoulders themselves; like elemental limbs
