Appliers for Maitreya and Belleza mesh avatars.
Just wear the HUD and select where you want to apply your tattoo, the rest is the standard procedure for any applier!
You have four options to set it: right or left shoulder, and right or left lower leg (calf). This will allow you to wear different kind of outfits and your tattoo will be still visible :)
Of course, as any applier, can be setted to any layer (tattoo, underwear or clothing)
