Monkey is NOT included with this accessory.
When an accessory is attached you have the option to click the Monkey Stuff button on the Hud. When clicked, you have the option to stop using the accessory immediately, start using the accessory immediately, turn the accessory sound on or off, or turn looping on or off. When looping is enabled the monkey will use the accessory over and over. When looping is not enabled the monkey will use the accessory one time and then stop.
