The Whitney outfit contains a dress with a denim vest and suede boots. This outfit is HUD driven: 15 dress textures, 5 denim vest colors and 2 suede boot colors with ankle socks.
There is a variety of dress textures including flannel and cotton. The mesh was made for the following Mesh bodies:

Belleza - Freya, Isis, Venus
Slink - Hourglass, Physique
Tonic - Fine, curvy
The Suede boots with socks are Mid Heel and for the following feet:
