"aeoo" natural eyebags - fatpack

I bought these eyebags, after trying the demo, since the permissions claim they are modify.

After unpacking them they were all no modify and didn't match my skintone. I contacted the creator, asking them kindly to correct the permissions and their answer was "Sorry, they cannot be modified". Even after making the creator aware they didn't change the listing permissions.
I wouldn't have purchased these if the listing permissions didn't clearly state these are modifiable.
