I have put a radio script and a stations list inside this, so if you own land or deed this to a group you can in fact play music with it. I only put two random internet stations in the list, but these can easily be replaced with your own.

The textures are highly detailed 2K, however given the occasional quirks of AI generated mesh, there may be minor imperfections.
