[ba] malibu beach house - packaged

This beach house is extremely realistic looking both inside and out. Amazing attention to detail with working cabinet doors, 'for real looking' brick work and a nice sized bathroom. Upstairs there is space large enough to place my bed with night stands on either side. And plenty of room for my other stuff. The privacy window feature works perfectly. When I use mouse view inside I swear that I am inside a real house. Outstanding.

You can't beat the authentic feel of this mid-century beach house. Great airy space that feels like a real world home. I would live here in a second. The front room is large enough for both living and dining furniture with a two-sided working fireplace that services both. Functional built-ins in the dining and kitchen areas. Other than the built-in cabinet, the kitchen space has been left empty. so, should you not want a kitchen, it could easily become the dining room leaving the lucky homeowner with a large front room for multiple seating/conversation areas.

The staircase to the second floor has a great presence. Its wide brick treads wrap around the rear of the fireplace. The second floor is one large, loft-like space that, like the first floor could be arranged in multiple areas, sleeping, lounging, workout.

Going back down the stair, there is a large landing before turning toward the kitchen. Crossing the space you come to a room with a sliding red door. You could use this as a bathroom or, perhaps a home office, whatever you want.

Inside and out, the finishes are detailed, well thought out and expertly applied.
