[ba] monhegan tinyhouse - packaged

I saw someone else with this house and was impressed. So I looked up the creator via editor and found it on the marketplace and grabbed it. I found it very easy to customize. tinting the exterior and changing the screens to glass windows... I am impressed with this tiny house.

I love the layout of this house. The textures are detailed. Set up so that it's easy to modify colors if you want but gorgeous as is too. Great details in the house controls open close windows, privacy shutters, etc. Even smoke coming out of the chimney. Super cute and low prim and low price! Thank you

I have 3 or 4 houses designed by Barnsworth. I had a large victorian on a large land parcel, and decided to downsize to a smaller land parcel, so went looking for a smaller home. This one is just big enough for what I want, and fits nicely into a smaller space. The design lines are clean, the space easy to walk through, and very pleasing to view both inside and out.

I've been pleased with every house I've bought from this creator, so when I decided to downsize to a smaller parcel and a proportionately smaller home, of course I looked at options by Barnesworth. I usually check out his Marketplace listings first, then go inworld to walk through the models I'm most interested in. The monhegan tinyhouse is a lovely low-prim design, and I'm very happy with it, as always.
