-Specular:
First of all you need to know that specular maps and the effects can be only seen when there is a light source shining on the modules. Also you should check your graphics and enable shader settings to see the specular effect.
-Seams:
Since this is a modular set you eventually will see little seams. To reduce this you can "right click" on the part where you think its not fitting proper----> go into the texture tab and try rotate the texture, Normals and specular by 180°.
-Also you can try to rotate the modules instead.
-another option to reduce seams, is to delete the specular maps on every part and copy the modules.
-even with perfect adjusted texture Rotation there can be still very tiny seams which can be hardly prevented always.
