This item is a beautiful plant for your land, garden, or house. It is very decorative.
You can change the size (0.1 to 10) by clicking at the item. Resize takes affect only for whole plant, not for parts. The higher sizes increase the land impact to 3.

To unpack simply wear the item or rez it to ground.
