For your comfort, unpacking the house via a REZ BOX:
- select one of the box options at home with or without furniture,
- put the box on the surface (water or land),
- click on the box and choose «rez», your home will appear in seconds, for that would put the house in a comfortable position, in build mode-move you move just the box,
- «derezes» removes all

Beautiful build at an incredible price. Lubava is a kind person who makes houses that people can afford. She could charge much more for this but she's one of the good people in SL that care about people and not the money.

I agree with the other person who left a review. There's a spot on the back stairs where your feet sink, but an invisible prim takes care of that. I also removed the stone piece from the bathroom. I love the fact that the textures can be modded. And I just expanded the deck on the back because it was a bit too narrow for me. Well worth the lindens for the prim count and size and the ability to mod.
Wow... minor imperfections, but it's still amazing
I had a few issues with the build. A section of the floor close to the steps to the dock would have me sink into it (I mad a small flat prim that was about a 3x1 size and made it transparent...no sinking). I had to slightly resize a window to fix a gap to the outside and (a preference) I changed the texture at the main doorway as well as removed the "stone" feature in the bathroom.
I know that sounds like I had a bunch of problems, but it was all really easy to fix and for the price and how low the prims are, this is such a fantastic build if you (like I) live on or near the water. I can't recommend this enough. I picked up the seaside pier as well, but found it much too small for my needs. This build has space for an open floor kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a sun porch/patio up top, generous space along the front where you could place some chairs, and has a back porch/deck off the living area.
This is a very easy build to mod as well if you have a beginner's knowledge of how to edit prims in SL.
Buy it. Really. Just buy it. It's great! :)
