Not a good product
Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before. You can't edit it and you can't copy it. Don't buy it!!!!!!!!!!! Keep looking and find a better beach,One Star is still too many :((

Ad says Modifiable and can coy but when I got it the beach was no Modify, no copy waste of L $22

Not modifyable. Not copyable. And a weird bump in the beach.

The listing says this is modifiable, but it is not. It comes effectively textureless and you are unable to retexture it to match your needs. :(
