Poorly designed you are better off finding a texture on google yourself and uploading it for 5 linden. save yourself the money!
Just don't buy it
The size was really huge, the image is very poor quality, the masking job is terrible. If you are ok with jaggy white outline around the knife, get it. If we were still in the first year of Second Life it would be ok.
Decent
I thought it was sculpted by the looks of it but it's just a simple texture on a prim. I was going to go a head and use it for my purpose but then I realized there's parts of the knife that are see-through... like someone took an eraser in photoshop and erased parts of the blade. None the less, it looks great from afar but not something you want if it's going to be looked at closely alot.
