This Real Estate Sign stands 5.8 x 2.3 x 3 meters, all lighting effects are done through texturing on the default sign included. This sign does not use light source or glow to create its lighting effect. Sign is designed to be at ground level, does not contain any floating or flashing content and no particles are emitted. Default sign content is PG in nature.
