This Tri (3 sided) Gray brick Real Estate Sign all lighting effects are done through texturing on the default sign included. This sign does not use light source or glow to create its lighting effect. Sign is designed to be at ground level, does not contain any floating or flashing content and no particles are emitted. Default sign content is PG in nature. Sign is designed to meet new SL Real Estate For Sale sign policy guidlines.
The sign is menu driven and provides the following menus options: Notecard Giver, Landmark Giver, Test Mode, About, Help, and Update.
Includes the ability to set the sign either for "Land For Sale" or "Land For Rent".

Just drag and drop your information notecard into the sign and upon owner activation through menu, sign will give notecard and landmark to the customer touching the sign. Ability to turn ON and OFF either notecard or landmark giver. Sign automatically changes texture to "Touch for more Information" if it notecard or landmark is provided within sign.

The sign is very easy to configure, with the menu being quite clear. There is a test that allows you to act as a guest for you to make sure that it does what you want it to. When the sun goes down, the glow/illumination looks very realistic, without being overpowering. It is well made and well scripted. The only problem is that you have to go to the online store and search for another produce, and then you can see it.
