*booN-kura Japanese grandma A/C Unit

I first saw this in a tiny hidden place in the Kowloon's Gate Reborn sim, and immediately wanted it for my balcony. It looks wonderfully beat-up, and has a shelf on top for anything you like: gardening supplies, drinks, etc. The description in Marketplace says to try a demo, but this is not a wearable item so no demo is needed. It will fit your home nicely :-)
