-rezz the lighthouse
-look for the "yellow" block (touch ctrl+alt+t)
-drag the lighthouse outside the simborder
-lower it just under linden water
-or place it on a offsimrock
-or place it on the sim on your land (remember, the lighthouse was made as offsim and is phantom)
-take your time to place the lighthouse as good as you can
-remember, it is copy, in case you loose it, it is always in your inventory

Had a little trouble getting it on my sky parcel because it rezzes atleast 20 to 30 meters from the point of rezzing and than it is off your land but i got it done and very happy with how it looks .
