The Terra Cotta Retreat offers warm relaxing tones in a modern design environment. The home features a Great Room area, and a master bedroom with a private bathroom and bonus room. It also features a fireplace shared by the living room and bedroom.

You can allow or forbid public access through the doors.

The windows have 3 opacity settings.

There are two versions of the package included; one with a raised floor and one with a flat floor.

You will notice that there is railing across both ends of the porch, and there are also two sets of stairs (in the raised floor version). These railings are not linked with the rest of the build so you can choose where the porch entrance(s) will be. You may delete the railings and/or stairs accordingly.
