OK, but considering what you get... It can be way cheaper.
Price seems a bit steep for a what is essentially a prim like structure with no beveled edges. I only knew it was mesh since the LOD collapses on the four entrée blocks under 10 meters (your milage may vary). It is also no copy but thankfully I only needed the one. It will serve since I was in a hurry. If I had more time I would have shopped around more.
