byGabe Full Perm Untextured Home is great for the beginner that wants to deconstruct a house to see how it is made, or the person that wants to throw up a low prim home that fits in a 512m spot, but add their own flavor to it.
The structure is 2 stories and is 15x20m and 32 prims. Add texture and windows, or a texture that has windows in it. Keep it, or sell it just give it the personal touch.
I have enclosed a door that is no transfer for those that are going to keep the building for themselves. You can link this door as long as it is not the root prim.
You may use my full perm items for your personal projects. However, these items may not be resold or given away on their own. If you give away or sell an object that has part of my build the buyers should not be able to take your item full perm.
