Thank you for your interest in the byGabe Tiki Hut and and Pier. Within the box you will find 2 Units. One for on sim and one for off sim.
The pier and hut will fit in a space that is 26m long and 7m wide. The unit is 46 prims, however, the richness of texture is what you cannot get with a sculpt.
Inside the hut are a table, two single lounge chairs and one couple lounge
Both on sim and off sim versions are fully modifiable, place on outlying rock or directly in the water.
For the off sim version there is a large pointer that will need to be kept on the sim in order to allow the hut and pier to remain off sim. Even tho you will not be able to walk on the pier when off sim, you will be able to sit on the pose balls.
Combine this with other byGabe off sim sets to accent your parcels or sim's.
