The somali neko tail is named after the somali (abyssinian) housecat which have particularly fluffy tails. This tail is entirely mesh (apart from the hidden base prim) and has several animation options. Although the tail might show as "no modify" in inventory, it is actually modifiable. The reason it shows up that way is because of one of the scripts in it that was used for the tinting & texturing HUD.
The HUD has 31 texture options for the base tail (under the fuzz) and transparency options for the fuzz itself. The base and the fuzz can also be tinted independently.
Apart from built-in texturing and tinting options, the tail is animated, and has several options for animation styles, frequency of animations, and animation speeds. This tail has far more options than any previous {Lemon Tea} tail!

not bento, nor animesh
animates using multiple frames, leading to stuttering, a huge letdown imo.
