“Create Your Own…” makes meshes with matching UV maps. These are editable textures for the mesh object. The textures are delivered as 2048 x 2048 Photoshop files.
You can edit them in a graphical program like Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or Gimp.
You can change the colours, add patterns, affix a logo, overlay some text - the possibilities are endless. In the end, the product offered to your customers is one with your stamp on it, something which they will never be able to find anywhere else. It is truly your own.

Low prim house for your decorative scenes. Comes with 3 premade textures.
The Photoshop file has a well layout UV map, that can easily be used as a template for your own designs. The premade textures are build up in several layers. You can work with them as you like. For example you can keep the premade walls, but change roof texture, change the doors, add some extra windows, add a house number next to the front door. You can spray the walls with graffiti or hang posters or a billboard.
But you can also start from scratch and design every detail according to your own taste and need.
The decor house comes in a normal and a mirrored version.
Can be use on real size in sims and cities, but also as miniature in models and snowglobes.
The package contains:
- 'Kapaz' mesh and mirrored version of the mesh (full perms)
- 3 textures (full perms)
- a laptop to download the Photoshop file
Land Impact = 3 with the size 9,5w x 7,7d x 9,7h
(Enlarge the house will increase the land impact, scaling to down will decrease it. A miniature house can have a land impact of just 1).
