card: big head (Don't get a big head, but...etc)

Inside the card is a :-) so the recipient will know you are sending them a big smile too. And in floating text above the card is this message:

DON'T GET A BIG HEAD, BUT I JUST HAD TO TELL YOU, I THINK YOU'RE ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC!
