this script will let you rezz that like easily and has not as many options like the one of CasperTech though some to modify:
- angle within to place the object
- object count
- initial rotation
- random rotation
- min.distance to middle
- max.distance to middle
- set keeping min.distance between objects
- rezz objects circular within angle
- rezz objects randomly within angle
