This is a scripted cottage. It is low prim and can be modified in size. The footprint is approximately 35 x 17. If you would like a demonstration of the house there is a miniature size version that can be tried out in the vendor at Mascioni. The cottage is copy, modify and the scripts are copy.
The cottage

Typing /111menu will bring up a menu to change the floor, roof, windows, settings or permissions.
The floor and the the roof have several choices of texture.
The windows can be changed from clear to tinted to solid walls.
The settings can turn visitor announcing and the doorbell on and off as well as the automatic closing of the doors which can be set to close in 15, 30, 45 or 60 second intervals.
The doors are lockable with a central access list.
There is a modifiable script to add friends to the friends lists.
Permissions can be set for who is allowed to change the menu items or who is allowed to come in the doors. The choice is owner only, anyone, friends or group.
Due to the copiable nature of the cottage there are no refunds.
