IMPORTANT!!!!
the cottage is made of three different parts so REZZ IN EDIT MODE!!!
To do so, right click on anything around you, and choose edit - this will open the edit window. While the edit window is open, just drag and drop your cuddly cottage on ground. It will be in edit mode so you'll be able tomove the three pieces together and put them correctly where you want.
