Shelly is something a little different. The crown of the head is divided up into numerous strands and tied together using numerous (colorchange scripted) hair bands creating a fun and funky look. The rest of the hair hangs loose to the tops of the shoulders.
Note: The inclusion of a tattoo layer base requires you to be using Viewer 2 or compatible third party viewer to wear this style. However, those users still accessing through the 1.23.5 interface can see tattoo layers, so the style will appear correct when they encounter an avatar wearing a tattoo layer hairbase – they just cannot wear tattoo layers themselves.
