Beautiful house in modern style.

With its own "pond" in the house below the stairs as an ideal place to relax.

We do not want to tell you how to furnish your house, so here is only the house included and you can furnish this as you wish.

Only the bathroom was furnished by us. However, these are all individual parts and you can remove them at will and replace them with your own.

The "floating" staircase leaves the rooms nicely open and allows a view from above to the basement and the pond.

With lots of windows, this house also lets enough light into your area to make you feel comfortable when you're home. The bathrooms have been given a frosted glass texture to prevent people from looking in right away.

The house is completely walk-in and can be customized in terms of size.
It comes in the following size:

30 x 21

The complete house has 28 LI.
The complete bathroom equipment (without lamp) has 13 LI.
The ceiling lamp has 3 LI

In addition, you can completely customize the color of the house in all areas.

Also, in addition to your own furniture, you can hang your own pictures.

The exterior lamps provide a beautiful lighting even at night. Here, too, the color can be customized according to your own wishes.
Around the house you can find enough space for a bench or flowers.

Schönes Haus im modernen Stil.

Mit einem eigenen "Teich" im Haus unterhalb der Treppe als idealer Ort zum Entspannen.

Wir wollen Ihnen nicht vorschreiben, wie Sie Ihr Haus einrichten sollen, daher ist hier nur das Haus enthalten und Sie können dieses nach Ihren Wünschen einrichten.

Lediglich das Bad wurde von uns eingerichtet. Dies sind jedoch alles Einzelteile und Sie können diese nach Belieben entfernen und durch Ihre eigenen ersetzen.

Die "schwebende" Treppe lässt die Räume schön offen und gibt den Blick von oben auf den Keller und den Teich frei.

Dank der vielen Fenster lässt dieses Haus auch genug Licht in Ihre Räume, damit Sie sich wohl fühlen, wenn Sie zu Hause sind. Die Badezimmer sind mit einer Milchglasstruktur versehen, damit man nicht sofort hineinschauen kann.

Das Haus ist komplett begehbar und kann in der Größe angepasst werden.
Es ist in den folgenden Größen erhältlich:

30 x 21

Das komplette Haus hat 28 LI.
Die komplette Badausstattung (ohne Lampe) hat 13 LI.
Die Deckenlampe hat 3 LI

Darüber hinaus können Sie die Farbe des Hauses in allen Bereichen komplett selbst bestimmen.

Außerdem können Sie neben Ihren eigenen Möbeln auch Ihre eigenen Bilder aufhängen.

Die Außenlampen sorgen auch nachts für eine schöne Beleuchtung. Auch hier kann die Farbe nach den eigenen Wünschen angepasst werden.
Rund um das Haus finden Sie genügend Platz für eine Bank oder Blumen.
