Skyscraper decoration for your sim!
The skyscrapers comes of course in a rezbox, there is no rez several segments and nudge them in place - how annoying would this be? :) As little extra there are collision lights for planes - ones never know!? ....which flash up periodically to avoid serious desasters in your sim! (if you dont like this highlight - just remove the script inside your skyscraper).

There are various towers on sale - pick the right one for your sim or... simply get the whole bundle?
