[dc] Utility Building M2

This construction used to be my old HQ, but can be used in many ways. It’s perfect for a club, but can be used as a gallery or a store. It’s low on prim, but you’ll get enough place inside to place your stuffs. It’s copy and modify, so you can change whatever you want without risking of loosing the original structure. The doors are scripted (A.E. Doors Script), the windows are regular prims with alpha texture on. The whole structure is linked together. Be sure to sink the base into the ground!!!!
