This set includes top and bottom eye stars that are unrigged. Might require some editing skills to place on face, but also allows to change placement (for example place on brows).

This item is PBR only and there's a HUD with 15 colour options, from a teal to rainbow!
Since this item is unrigged and mesh it will work on most heads.
