Dunno WHY the creator has this listed as NC/NM/NT because it's just No Transfer. I've just made my first Copy of the belt and have begun to Modify it (I'm not that keen on the shadows and I'm removing them one by one to make it less primmy).
Copy? Yes. Modify? Yes. Looks good? Yes. Resizable? Probably. It fit me right out of the box though and I didn't need to.
Not modifiable
I cannot make it smaller than the size it unpacks at but I can make it bigger. Problem is I need to make it about 10% smaller not bigger to fit me properly so I can't use this. It comes up with a message 'cannot resize because one or more of the prims will be less than 0.1 m' or something like that. :/ I am about 5 feet 5 inches without shoes.
