Nicely sized building prefect for a wickedly nice yet peaceful Club or Dance area for any tropical location. Would work wonders for Romantic sims and taking your someone special out for a Sweet N Sexy dance. :O

Dithering about with a few different buildings ...and then found this!...a few modifications and i found a great building for a swamp store ^^ excellent value!!
