This item is free with the condition that you allow access for the tip box fitted and you do not add any other tip prims. It is an ideal addition to your land. When you want to rez it please contact me to fit the rezzer and make sure the track runs smoothly.It also has a tip box attached to it which divides the tips between you(the new owner) and me. You can copy this item so if you have more than 1 piece of land you don't have to take multiple items.
