What is the Fitted Mesh ??
Answer: It is a new rig technique released by Linden Lab. The cloth can be adjusted using an avatar's Body Shape sliders in the Appearance Editor.

This has a Slink fitmesh applier that only works for breast sizes 64 or less. If you want to use the fitmesh applier than you'll nee to adjust your avatr breast size down to 64 or less - in other words the applier does NOT work.
My Slink avatar: Slink Physique Mesh Body v2.9.1, and I use the current version of Firestorm v4.7.7.48706
