FIts only standard sizes and do not mention it,
It says in the item description: belts wrap you up perfectly. SHould have stated after that SINCE you have standard size. I don't and can't wear it. Be sure of having standard size if you want to bauy this item

Really nice top, I love that i don't even need to use the alpha. Worked perfect for my needs and looks sexy!

There's an alpha included; however, I don't even use it. I love leather and this harness is unque and deliciously wicked.
